The process of placing an order is very simple and convenient:

Koalaplayground provides free custom 3D designs using our existing models. However, if you have special requirements that involve complex new model development, we may need to charge a design fee of $300-500 to ensure that both parties are serious about the project.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. All Koalaplayground products are warranted to be free from defects for a period of five years from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, if a problem occurs when the buyer operates the device in accordance with the technical manual or the seller's instructions, the seller will provide a new part upon request (the buyer is responsible for shipping).
