Limited Warranty Coverage
Koala Playground provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser that covers structural failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and correct installation, in accordance with our official specifications.
The warranty begins from the date of installation completion.
During the covered period, we will repair or provide replacement parts at no cost, depending on the situation.
Freight and labor charges for removal or installation are not included.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. It becomes void if the equipment is sold, transferred, or resold to a third party.
Damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, cosmetic wear, or incorrect installation is not covered.
Normal wear and tear from usage is excluded.
Warranty Period by Product Category
Metal Parts – 2 Years
Galvanized steel structures
Metal support parts for interactive equipment (excluding active components like guns or ball blasters)
Stainless steel fasteners (screws, bolts, nuts, washers)
Plastic & Fiberglass Components – 2 Years
LLDPE plastic parts
Fiberglass elements
Slides, tunnels, themed roofs, swings, watchtowers, panels, junction tubes, playhouses
Soft Play Components – 1 Year
Wooden or foam core components covered with soft PVC leather
Platforms, themed panels, decorative boards, padded stairs, climbers, soft fences, cushions, bridges, obstacles, ball pit enclosures
Auxiliary Equipment – 1 Year
Trampolines, safety nets, PVC pipes, webbing, nylon ropes, clamps
Note: Plastic balls used in ball pits are not covered
Kids Merry-Go-Round
1 Year on electronic and electrical parts: blowers, motors, gearboxes, magnetic valves, control buttons
1 Year on frame, inner structure, padding, and soft outer wrapping
Ball Blaster Systems
1 Year on electrical and pneumatic components
1 Year on steel hardware: barrel, mounts, seat structures
Plastic balls are excluded from warranty coverage
Spare Parts Service
All turnkey projects include a free spare parts package to assist with future maintenance for 1–3 years. These parts are provided as a value-added service at no additional charge.
Please follow Koala Playground’s installation and maintenance instructions carefully. Customers are responsible for the correct use, regular care, and safe storage of all spare parts. Misuse or improper storage may void the warranty.
