1.Steel Pipes: We use high-strength steel pipes with a thickness of 2.0-3.0mm. Featuring full hot-dip galvanization, the entire pipe is immersed in molten zinc to ensure long-lasting rust resistance.
2.Platform: Constructed with 20mm-thick covered with 40mm+10mm sponge foam that complies with GB6675-2003 standards.
3.PVC Tarpaulin: Made of high-density PVC (0.52mm thick) with an inner 1300D nylon weaving layer for reinforcement. It meets both EN and ASTM flame retardant standards and is available in various colors for customization.
4.Foam Noodles: Crafted from high-density EPE material, with an outer layer of glossy PVC vinyl or matte foam. The UV-resistant PVC vinyl ensures durability and strength even under sunlight. Eco-friendly and fire-resistant options are available.
5.Floor Mats & Zip Ties: 20mm-thick floor mats are non-toxic, eco-friendly, and compliant with EN standards. Koalaplay cable ties are made of high-quality nylon, passing UL flammability tests for both European and North American markets.
6.Plastic Balls: Made of eco-friendly materials and certified by the European Reach standard. All balls are designed with an 80mm diameter (10g) to prevent accidental swallowing, adhering to EN 1176 safety standards.
